TRAINEE ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
JOB PROFILE
- Coordinate with the Service Center to manage job-related updates and ensure smooth service operations
- Liaise with external parties to arrange and follow up on refund processes in a timely manner
- Work closely with dealers to initiate and complete refund arrangements as per company procedures
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to check and verify debtor outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of all coordination activities and provide regular status updates to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (recent graduates may apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Internship or previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work under supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
