Job Role

  • Deliver first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, and related systems, including the installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows client and Server environments.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and other cloud-based applications, ensuring robust performance, security compliance, and uninterrupted service for end-users.
  • Perform comprehensive hardware diagnostics and repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, minimizing downtime and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • IT Degree or HND in ICT
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing remote desktop and software support
  • Experience in Network & System Administration on the Windows Platform
  • Experience in Firewall & Router configurations
  • Creating and managing VPN
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows Server and client platforms, Active Directory and IIS (Microsoft Certification would be an advantage)
  • Good knowledge in cloud-based products and solutions.
Skills
  • Proficient in English, demonstrating exceptional verbal communication skills and a strong aptitude for written communication.
  • Troubleshooting Skills with minimum supervision.
