Deliver first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, and related systems, including the installation, configuration, and advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows client and Server environments.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and other cloud-based applications, ensuring robust performance, security compliance, and uninterrupted service for end-users.
Perform comprehensive hardware diagnostics and repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, minimizing downtime and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications
IT Degree or HND in ICT
Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing remote desktop and software support
Experience in Network & System Administration on the Windows Platform
Experience in Firewall & Router configurations
Creating and managing VPN
Experience of Microsoft Windows Server and client platforms, Active Directory and IIS (Microsoft Certification would be an advantage)
Good knowledge in cloud-based products and solutions.
