Job Description
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant discipline and/or more than 2 years’ experience in similar field preferred
- Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Abode Creative Suite (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Proficient in MS Office and Marketing Software (e.g. CRM)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, creativity and commercial awareness
Job Specification
- Assist to maintain branding guidelines in corporate content and communication
- Assist to develop creative artworks for doctor’s promotions, Specialty promotions and services promotions
- Assist in the development of animated content / video content in terms of promoting Tree Top Hospital’s doctors, specialties, products and services
- Design 360° marketing campaigns to promote specialties
- End to end execution of branding and marketing elements, including digital and physical branding.
- Support in the photography / videography for both internal as well as external events
- Social Media uploading of Posts and the overall management of Social Media; including promotions, tracking of key social media metrics to drive conversions and brand recognition.
- Assist to manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (social media, website, etc.), including SEO strategy and execution
- Stay updated of industry trends and implement best practices
- Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
