VACANCIES FOR PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED CIVIL ENGINEERS
Design Consortium International (Pvt) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary Architectural Consultancy company undertaking large construction projects in Sri Lanka. Applications are invited from professionally qualified civil engineers with relevant experience to fill vacancies in an upcoming multistory residential building project in Kandy. Assignments will be on contract basis and expected Project completion period would be 40 months.
RESIDENT ENGINEER
Professionally qualified BSc Engineer with minimum 20 years experience in building construction, out of which 12 years as a Team Leader / Resident Engineer having experience in Construction Supervision and in managing a design team carrying out planning and detailed design of multi storied residential buildings / public infrastructure projects. Also, it is necessary to have experience in participating carrying out detailed engineering design. Also, the RE shall be held responsible for updating the client on consultant’s key staff’s work already carried out and to be carried out on a weekly basis.
PROCUREMENT / CONTRACT SPECIALIST
Professionally qualified BSc Engineer with minimum 15 years experience in contract administration carried out under FIDIC / CIDA conditions of contract and out of which 8 years as Procurement / Contract Specialist having experience for contract document finalization, claims analysis, claims managements & dispute resolution.
SEWERAGE TREATMENT & PLUMBING DESIGN ENGINEER
Professionally qualified BSc Civil Engineer with minimum 12 years experience out of which 5 years experience in design & installation of plumbing systems and sewerage treatment system in multi storied residential buildings.
SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Professionally qualified BSc Civil Engineer with minimum of 15 years experience out of which 8 years as a senior Construction Engineer at least 02 multi storied residential buildings or major building complex project.
