Your Role:
- Attend weekly production and planning meetings; align tasks with production goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and pre-production meetings; ensure proper documentation.
- Review pilot runs, inline, and pre-final inspections; maintain inspection records.
- Perform 100% final inspections (AQL) for all destinations; submit reports within 12 hours.
- Review and approve fabric and garment test reports as per quality manual.
- Carry out daily wash tests (HS/Bonding Panels); record and review results.
- Maintain high AQL First-Time Pass Rates and reduce measurement failures.
- Ensure 100% first-time approval for Gold Seal/Shipment samples.
- Improve AQL performance in Red/Ambre-rated factories.
- Conduct regular product safety audits and ensure compliance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4 - 5 years of experience.
- A degree/Diploma in Textile and clothing or Textile Technology or any equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Knowledge on ERP system will be an added advantage.
- An excellent team player with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
