SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT OFFICER (Boralesgamuwa)
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and communications across various platforms (calls, messages, online chats).
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Create and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, shorts, and stories, aligned with current trends.
- Design creative visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative design skills with a good understanding of current trends.
- Experience in managing social media content and customer interactions.
