OPPORTUNITIES
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall production related tasks in the Washing/Dyeing process as assigned
- Drive teams for achievement of daily and weekly production goals/delivery cutoffs
- Maintain expected quality standards and minimum labour turnover/employee absenteeism rates/buyer and local law compliance
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience or applied knowledge in Industrial Washing & Dyeing related chemicals and Lean manufacturing practices will be an added advantage
- Completion of GCE Advanced Level
- Should be a strong team player
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
