EXECUTIVE-IE (Apparel)
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.
Role & Responsibility
- Prepare line layouts & operation breakdowns on time.
- Prepare plant machine requirements.
- Prepare operation breakdowns for costing purpose.
- Prepare & issue IE monthly and daily reports on time for management.
- Meet monthly savings targets.
- Do Innovations as per the plant KPI.
- Meet plant plan efficiency & standards hours.
- Check and confirm thread consumptions.
- Time Study and Motion study.
- Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area.
- SMV calculation by time study.
- Process-wise operator skill development.
- Work with production floor/operational management to improve efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in engineering, textile, business administration or any management related field or a combination of education and experience.
- 3 years relevant field work experience and knowledge in IE function.
- IT literacy and communication skills.
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing.
- Fluent knowledge in apparel manufacturing & GSD.
- Ability to work as a team.
