Quality Assurance Executive
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to lead our QA operations at our facility in Ulapane, Gampola. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth industry knowledge, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality across all processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity;
- Proven knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and standards within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and prior experience and confidence in working with ISO systems is a must.
- Fluency in English & Sinhala and excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills to cross-functional teams & ensure quality compliance.
- Work Location will be Ulapane, Gampola.
