SUPERVISOR
WAREHOUSE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail or FMCG sectors and a proven ability to manage procurement and supply chain operations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inventory including receiving, inspecting, and storing products using FIFO methods.
- Maintain organized and hygienic warehouse conditions, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all stock movements and support audit processes.
- Generate inventory reports on slow/non-moving, damaged, quarantined, or expired items.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the Retail/FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory management systems, and FIFO methodology.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and 5S implementation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
