Assistant HR Manager
Administer and conduct the processes of hiring.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Implement performance review procedures.
- Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in related field.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
