Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing and SEO Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing and SEO Manager to join our digital marketing team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of online website, SEO strategy execution, conversion rate optimization, and performance analytics to drive scalable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram and other digital channels.
- Manage media buying budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling, high-converting ads and landing pages.
- Monitor competitor ad strategies and recommend actionable insights.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Track, report, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance across digital platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards.
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain KPI dashboards and ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in logistics, delivery, or app-based businesses.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Solid Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
