Data Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. The role involves analyzing operational efficiency, customer behavior, vendor performance, and financial trends to improve the overall delivery platform experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational, rider, and vendor data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Track customer behavior and retention patterns to support marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Support campaign performance evaluations and recommend data-backed optimizations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for product, logistics, and finance strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and pricing analysis through quantitative modeling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in logistics, delivery, or app-based businesses.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Solid Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
