Job Description:
As an Academic Coordinator, you will support Business & Management and IT programmes by managing tutors and mentors and liaising with UK awarding bodies. You coordinate communications with learners and lead standardisation and quality assurance meetings. You also supervise academic content development and tutor CPD activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage tutors and mentors.
- Liaise with UK awarding bodies.
- Facilitate communication with learners.
- Lead standardisation meetings for consistent quality.
- Organise and conduct quality assurance meetings.
- Oversee academic content and syllabus development.
- Supervise tutors and support their CPD activities.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 Years Experience in academic coordination or a similar role.
- Required to work UK hours (1.30pm to 10.30pm).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Familiar with online education technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
