We are preparing to launch our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Export Processing Zone - Wathupitiwala, Sri Lanka, in October 2025. Position Overview: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Manager to lead the people strategy and management of our new Sri Lankan operations. This is a critical role that will play a pivotal part in establishing our international manufacturing presence and ensuring excellence in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of HR reports, employee documentation, and compliance records.
  • Lead performance management, training, and development to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and maintain advanced workforce management strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Establish and maintain robust HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance, fairness, and transparency.
  • Implement effective employee engagement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry HR trends and best practices to drive innovation in workforce management.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • HRM Degree from a reputable university or CQHRM/PQHRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
  • 8–10 years in HR management within a manufacturing organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and IT-driven HR solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent prioritization and execution of HR initiatives.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning and fostering a positive workplace culture.
