GENERAL MANAGER
Great Wall Restaurant Chain

As we expand, we are seeking a visionary and performance-driven General Manager to take the helm and lead us into our next era of operational excellence, innovation, and growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute bold, innovative operational strategies to maximize performance, elevate customer experiences, and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities, steer business development, and expand our customer base.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis to keep Great Wall ahead of the curve, while introducing fresh, relevant concepts.
- Guarantee that all outlets adhere strictly to CAA, Excise, PHI, and other regulatory standards, ensuring legal and operational integrity.
- Work closely with HR to hire, train, and retain the best talent – cultivating a culture of grooming, discipline, and excellence.
- Regularly visit outlets to assess service, food, hygiene, staff conduct, and customer feedback, implementing swift improvements wherever needed.
- Interpret financial performance reports, optimize costs, and collaborate with finance teams to boost revenue.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in hospitality or restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. An MBA will be a strong advantage.
- Proven leadership in driving results across multi-outlet operations.
- Deep knowledge of food and beverage standards, service quality, and customer engagement.
- Strong grasp of operational regulations and financial acumen.
- A strategist with a hands-on approach and unwavering attention to detail.
