SENIOR EXECUTIVE – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
CALLING OVER FOR HIGH PERFORMERS

Currently we are the largest Exporter of Sauces in Sri Lanka covering up over 26 countries including the major markets such as USA, Canada and Europe. We are looking for experienced, energetic and self-motivated individuals who comply with the following qualifications and requisites to join our team as a Senior Executive – Training & Development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Coordinating Design to conducting effective learning programs and workshops with relevant internal/external resource personalities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessment methodologies and monitor the progress of training participants.
- Provide reports on training metrics and insights for improvement to the Management.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management or a degree equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and Analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To be based at Rajagiriya Head Office.
