REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a significant portion in the flooring industry or a related building materials sector (Handling premium & niche market).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Have a close connection with Architects, Interior Designers, & Civil Construction field's individuals.
