About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and administration and be comfortable with the operational needs of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer service and repair bookings, accurately entering them into our ERP software.
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and send out required daily reports to management.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as record keeping and document management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Ensure that communication and documentation are kept up to date and compliant with company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Background of Call Centre, Admin related work experience will be advantageous.
  • Flexible with work hours, as the position requires working during Australian business hours (3 AM to 12 PM SL time, September to April; 4 AM to 1 PM SL time, April to September).

  • This is a work from office-based role. Transport to the office will be reimbursed.
