ASSISTANT MANAGER – LORRY MAINTENANCE TRANSPORT OPERATIONS
Immediate Vacancy
The Job Role
- Ensure all Lorry repairs and maintenance works are done on time.
- Schedule regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage and maintain Fuel consumption of the entire fleet.
- Maintain good relationship with third party vehicle repairers.
- Coordinate and supervise Transport arrangements.
- Supervise and manage the Driver fleet.
- Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, especially lorries/trucks.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and maintenance scheduling software.
- Understanding of relevant safety and transport regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Communication and team coordination skills.
- Experience in a logistics or transport company.
- Certifications in vehicle inspection or maintenance.
