Junior Executive - Global Shared Services
Location: Colombo - Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with shippers, consignees, agents, and carriers to manage and plan consignments.
- Create and update bookings, shipments, and consolidations in CargoWise based on shipment information and agent instructions.
- Update milestone events and shipment details in third-party customer systems in a timely manner.
- Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy across internal and external platforms.
- Maintain SharePoint lists and libraries for tracking and vendor documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and global stations to align and support daily tasks.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and SOP documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and availability to work during China and Hong Kong daytime hours.
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
