Stores Assistant - Poultry Stores (Moratuwa)
CIC Livestock Solutions Group consist of CIC Feeds (Pvt.) Limited, CIC Poultry Farms Limited and CIC Vetcare (Pvt.) Limited. Being a vertically integrated business in the poultry industry, we manufacture animal feed, operate breeder farms, hatchery, broiler farms and a state-of-the-art processing plant. Our products are preferred by customers due to its guaranteed quality and assurance of safety. Vertical integration allows us to ensure biosecurity across our value chain and provide further assurance to our customers.
The Role
The Store Assistant in a Poultry Store should help to manage daily operations by handling poultry products, assisting customers with purchases, ensuring proper storage and hygiene of fresh and frozen items, and restocking shelves. He or She may also help with weighing, packaging, labeling, and maintaining cleanliness to meet food safety standards. Good customer service and knowledge of poultry products are essential. The selected candidate will have reporting to Marketing Department, which closely working with the sales team of the company.
The Candidate
Both male and female candidates are invited to apply age between 22 to 30. The ideal candidate should be responsible, honest, hardworking, and clean. He or She should be able to handle poultry products carefully, follow hygiene rules, assist your customers politely, and work well with others. Good attention to detail and a friendly attitude are also important. Good skills in MS Word and Excel are mandatory.
