MANAGER – KEY ACCOUNTS (ORUGODAWATTA)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and work towards achieving sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations and customer service, to meet customer requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all customer interactions, contracts, and agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. A professional qualification in Sales or Account Management will be an added advantage.
- Should have minimum 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to drive business growth.
- Age below 35 years.
