SALES ASSISTANT
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing Diploma qualification by a recognized institution with one year overall experience in sales, marketing or distribution
- Or GCE A/L qualification with four years of overall experience in sales marketing or distribution and two years experience as a Sales Assistant or similar capacity in a reputed commercial establishment
- Sound Communication skills both Sinhala and English.
- Computer literacy on MS Packages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and achieve company goals.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasing personality.
