Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of customers related to sample requirements & Preparation of sampling order for the garment technologists.
- Responsible for bringing sample raw material on time & Provide costing and product information to assist management.
- Upload all costing and BOM information to SAP and begin material creation with precision.
- Create a T&A for each development inquiry until bulk PCD (Production Cut Date).
- Collaborate with the Design and Product Development teams to create and cross-develop styles and developing samples in order to offer unique product to the customers.
- Fulfill the production capacity with PCU team & Ensure the costing is done on time.
- Sourcing of trims and accessories for sample.
- Submission of sample to customer and follow up sample approvals.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current job roles as and when required by the management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within marketing, merchandising, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP software is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the apparel industry, including experience coordinating with buyers on sample and bulk order requirements.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and operate as a proactive, effective team player.
