Responsibilities & duties
At the direct supervision of the People Manager – Sri Lanka & Maldives, the incumbent will carry out the following duties.
- Serve as the official driver of the company as and when required, certain occasions drive outside of Colombo City and keep CX informed and coordinate on the maintenance and safety requirements of the vehicle, when the insurance due to lapse and the annual licenses that have to be obtained.
- Be up to date on driving regulations in Sri Lanka.
- To keep CX informed of maintenance and safety requirements of the vehicle, when the insurance due to lapse and the annual licenses that have to be obtained.
- Provide support to the office administrative functions, which include undertaking messenger tasks, clerical duties, purchasing office supplies, paying bills, photocopying, banking duties, and following up visa matters with the relevant clients/ministries.
- Ensure that all office equipment (e.g., photocopy and fax machines) is in good working order. Any technical problems with the equipment should be reported to the People Manager immediately.
- Ensure good maintenance of the office premises which includes - Electrical & Signage maintenance, Telephone and other areas.
- Issuing grocery & Stationary items and maintain a stock balance.
- Any other work assigned by the management of Cathay Pacific.
- Obtaining quotations for general procurement and raising purchase orders in the company’s system.
- Payment & Invoice filling.
- Cheque and Payment collection from Vendors / Customers.
Required
- Should be a male below 35 Years.
- Should have Multitalented Skills.
- Should comfortable in cyber-Environment.
- Should have a valid driving license in light vehicle.
