JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - COMPLIANCE
Location - Head Office
As a Junior Executive / Executive - Compliance, you will conduct compliance assessments, review regulatory reports, monitor AML alerts, detect unusual transaction patterns, and assist with management reports and regulatory information requests.

The Job Role
- Assist with compliance assessments to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Assist in conducting reviews of regulatory report submissions to ensure that compliance levels are consistently maintained.
- Monitor customer transactions and investigate alerts generated by the AML system.
- Detecting unusual transaction patterns and trends, and escalating findings for STR reporting.
- Collaborate with Branches and Departments to respond to regulatory information requests.
- Support Transaction Report processing to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and address ad-hoc requirements arising from regulatory obligations.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- A full or partial qualification in Banking / Finance from a recognized institution or a bachelor’s degree in a recognized university.
- Attention to detail, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala, both verbal and written.
- A high standard of computer literacy.
