Requirements:
- Previous experience as a telephone receptionist or in a customer service role within a banking environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Handle client inquiries, providing basic information and directing them to the right department.
- Maintain client records and ensure seamless communication between clients and advisors.
- Manage appointment scheduling and administrative support.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations.
