VIRTUAL TELEPHONE RECEPTIONIST

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a telephone receptionist or in a customer service role within a banking environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Handle client inquiries, providing basic information and directing them to the right department.
  • Maintain client records and ensure seamless communication between clients and advisors.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and administrative support.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations.
