Assistant Manager – Showrooms
Oversees the operations of a tourist showroom or visitor center, providing assistance to tourists and managing various aspects of the showroom. This role involves ensuring smooth customer service, organizing events or displays, and supervising staff.
Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates
- Age between 25 to 45 years
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-year experience in the Tourist industry.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience and knowledge in MS Office Package and ERP System.
- Knowledge in analyzing data.
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist tourists by providing accurate and engaging information about local attractions, activities, and available products.
- Conduct visits across island-wide showroom locations, with special emphasis on tourist-centric outlets to ensure optimal performance and service quality.
- Create, maintain, and update accurate sales forecasts specifically for the tourist showroom, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer travel agencies to encourage consistent client referrals to the showroom.
- Monitor the performance of tourist showrooms against established sales targets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage feedback in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to improve customer service and sales performance.
