- Qualified in AAT or partly qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA.
- Working experience in Accounting Field.
- Prefer hands on experience in Quick Book Accounting system.
- Conversant in VAT / SVAT/PAYE/WHT online preparations.
- RAMIS system of IRD updating.
- Age below 30 years is preferable.
Job Description
- Entering all transactions to the Quick Book Accounting System.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Handling Petty Cash.
- Following up debt collections & the supplier payments.
- Preparation of Payrolls, overtime & other payments.
- Payment of utility bills & statutory payments with relevant documentation.
- Liaising with external auditor & relevant parties.
