SENIOR CAREER GUIDANCE COUNSELLOR

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised career counselling and mentoring to students and professionals.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars on career planning, CV building, interview skills, and industry insights.
- Develop and implement customised career development plans.
- Administer and interpret psychometric and aptitude tests.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, job markets, and educational opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and corporate recruiters.
- Guide individuals in making informed educational and career choices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Professional certification in career counselling is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong empathy and the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Proficiency in using career assessment tools and counselling techniques.
- Ability to handle both one-to-one and group counselling sessions.
- Experience required: Minimum 5 years in career counselling, education, or related fields.
