SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVES
(COLOMBO/ MATARA/ NAWALA GAMPaha)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Showcase Alpha’s product range and offer tailored recommendations
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on deliveries and payments
- Maintain showroom displays in line with brand standards
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure excellent service
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations
- 2+ years’ experience in showroom or retail sales (furniture/interiors preferred)
- Friendly personality, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- GCE A/L qualified; sales/marketing training is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and sales documentation
- Fluent in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus)
- Willing to work weekends as per roster
