PROJECT SUPERVISORS / PROJECT EXECUTIVES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Ensure materials, tools, and labor are effectively managed on-site
- Support cost and timeline control through proactive problem-solving
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, interior, or project supervision
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with hands-on site experience
- Ability to read drawings, interpret technical documents, and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required
