SHOWROOM MANAGER
Matara
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall operations and performance of the showroom
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated client requirements
- Oversee inventory, display standards, and showroom maintenance
- Coordinate with head office for product availability, pricing, and promotional activities
- Generate sales reports and monitor KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in furniture, interiors, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong sales orientation with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
- GCE A/L qualification; Diploma in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
