ASSISTANT MANAGER
BOOKSHOP
We are a leading and multi-faceted company with a chain of popular Bookshops in the Island. An immediate Vacancy exists for a Bookshop Assistant Manager at our established and very popular Branch at Panadura.
The ideal candidate shall be in the age group of 25 - 40 years with a minimum 01 year experience in Management or Supervisory role, preferably in books and stationery field.
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS,
- Passed G.C.E (A/L) or higher qualification
- [G.C.E (O/L) minimum ‘C’ pass for Maths & English].
- Possesses good computer literacy (Ms - Word & Excel etc.).
- Strong interpersonal selling skills.
- Excellent customer service and rapport building skills.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Stock management, Public relation and good communication skills.
- Experience gained in FMCG field also would be considered.
- The residents in or around Panadura Town preferred.
- Salary negotiable and depends on your skills and experience.
