Junior Accounts Executive
General profile:
- Should be enthusiast, self-starter person and be a team player.
- Great organization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Online Quick books is a must.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Sinhalese.
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Qualification: Chartered accountancy executive level or AAT qualified students.
- Working knowledge in Travel Company will be an added advantage.
Tasks description
- Maintaining Accounts payable and receivable (suppliers and clients).
- Tax related calculations (APIT & VAT) and handle tax matters.
- Preparing online payments and managing payments.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Accounting related task on ERP.
- Office administration works.
- Company stock handling.
Basic salary to be determined by experience and qualifications.
