BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Support and motivate the business development and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Develop health packages, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate and promote CMEs (Continuous Medical Education Programs) and hospital events in collaboration with clinical departments.
- Organize and represent the hospital at exhibitions, health camps, and corporate wellness programs.
- Contribute to the launch and expansion of hospital services.
- Foster relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing, digital teams, and external agencies for visibility and lead generation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or higher qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is highly beneficial).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and event coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and KPIs effectively.
