Job Title
We are seeking Regional Sales Supervisors specializing in the Smartphone sector to join our Smartphone team at ZTE Lanka PVT LTD. Regional Sales Supervisors will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, ensuring a strong presence in the market to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration. The role requires regular travel for regional sales inspection and demands a proactive attitude with experience in the smartphone industry or sales.
Electrical Engineer - (2 Positions)
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Master Degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, Sustainable Engineering will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in solar PV design or related electrical engineering roles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical design of solar power systems, including grid-tied and off-grid installations, ensuring compliance with national electrical codes and renewable energy standards.
- Coordinate with government authorities and electricity boards for project approvals, grid connection, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and load calculations to support project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical components in solar projects.
- Conduct site assessments and support commissioning activities, ensuring system performance aligns with design specifications.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in solar design and analysis software, including AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, and HOMER Energy.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical standards such as the National Electrical Code (NEC), IEC, and relevant local regulations.
- Experience in performing electrical load calculations and conducting shading analysis.
- Solid understanding of grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid solar PV system configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical application in system design and implementation.
- Competence in project management, including technical documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and government stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and reliable designs.
