- Advanced fermentation and yeast strain development
- Distillation optimization and flavor analytics
- Barrel aging experiments and maturation profiling
- Sustainability initiatives
- Collaboration with universities and industry labs
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or related field
- 5+ years of research or R&D experience (distillery, food & beverage, or biotech)
- Proven ability to manage research projects and small cross-functional teams
- A balance of analytical rigor and creative thinking
