OTA & Reservation Executive

Key Responsibility

  • Manage and monitor OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) including rate updates, availability, and content accuracy.
  • Process all direct and third-party reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA messaging platforms.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and room preparation.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and packages on OTA channels as directed.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure proper communication with relevant departments.
  • Generate reservation and occupancy reports to support management decisions.
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in reservations, front office, or OTA coordination in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in OTA extranets and hotel reservation systems (e.g., PMS, Channel Manager).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
