Network Administrator

Lanka Communication Services (PVT) Limited, is Sri Lanka’s premier IT Solution Service provider serving corporates in the nation for over three decades.

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Network Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support across various technical areas including Office 365, VPN, network printers, hardware troubleshooting, and imaging of computers. This role also involves managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coordinating with external vendors for support, and maintaining accurate documentation of IT processes and assets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT support or help desk role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with SLA tracking tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Experience with VPNs and remote access tools.
  • Knowledge of network printers, scanner configurations, and print queue management.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge with working on Mac devices would be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
