Job Profile
- Drive business development for deposits, loans, and retail banking products.
- Lead branch operations to achieve business targets, service excellence, and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day banking activities, team performance, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
Person Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or another specialized professional qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, sales, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven Leadership, Team Management, and Problem-Solving Skills.
Relationship Manager
Job Profile
- Drive revenue growth through deposits, lending, trade finance, and investment services.
- Understand client needs to offer tailored financial solutions and cross-sell products.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Person Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or a full professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales driven position in a license commercial bank.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Negotiation Skills.
- Deep understanding of banking products and financial market trends.
