Assistant Manager–Supply Chain Management and Admin Business Partner

ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support cost accounting, inventory management, and logistics analysis. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and governance across manufacturing and administrative functions. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for cost control and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare monthly COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculations, ensuring accurate allocation, Standard cost run and recording
  • Record and reconcile production data for inventory valuation and address discrepancies
  • Track and maintain accurate records for inventory levels, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts
  • Prepare reports on cost variances in manufacturing, admin and logistics operations
  • Drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives across the entire supply chain, not limited to logistics alone

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain finance, business partnering, or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., AAT, CIMA Level 1) preferred
  • SAP proficiency
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities
