Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries for cargo space availability.
  • Process cargo reservations and bookings using the airline's reservation system.
  • Confirm bookings and ensure accurate entry of all necessary details.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and queries.
  • Communicate effectively with ground handling agents, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties.
  • Maximize cargo revenue through effective space management and pricing strategies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase cargo volume.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, shipments, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on cargo operations and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in basic cargo handling in the Airline or Service industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
