We're Recruiting For
TEAM LEADER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE - CORPORATE TRAVEL
Key Responsibilities:
- Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to purchase our products and services
- Liase with corporate travel coordinators & offer competitive fares to corporate accounts
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
- Liase with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, and agents to manage bookings and travel requirement
- Achieve budget through key corporate accounts
- Maintain good relationships with key clients in the portfolio
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 03-05 years of experience in a similar job role
- Qualification in IATA
- Sound existing customer base will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork
