ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Trillium Property Management is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and drive efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be capable of handling a broad range of responsibilities with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and procurement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational needs across all departments.
- Maintain office systems, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative activities.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and government agencies when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in administrative management, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record in vendor and contract management.
- A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
