ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Trillium Property Management is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations and drive efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be capable of handling a broad range of responsibilities with confidence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and procurement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational needs across all departments.
  • Maintain office systems, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative activities.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and government agencies when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 10 years in administrative management, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record in vendor and contract management.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
