Junior Executive - Finance
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of commission reports relevant to Shipping Agency.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations and commission income reconciliations.
- Preparation of audit schedules/Balance Sheet schedules of principal-related accounts.
- Responsible for reporting costs relevant to the Shipping Agency through the principal system.
- Assisting in monthly/annual accounts preparation of the company.
- Handling company petty cash and miscellaneous cash collection on a daily basis.
- Preparing necessary account reconciliations and audit schedules in a timely manner by ensuring all accounting entries are posted correctly.
Candidate Profile
- 6 passes at GCE or London O/L with "C" for English and "A, B or C" pass for Mathematics AND
- Minimum 2 passes for A/L’s OR successful completion of UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course with minimum 1-year experience in accounting field.
- Part Qualification in Professional Examination – CA/CIMA/AAT/ACCA.
- Advance knowledge on Microsoft office packages and knowledge on SAP will be considered as an added advantage.
- Self-motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills.
