Restaurant Vacancies

The Governor’s Grill & Pub operating in Kottawa, in need of well experienced staff to work in both the Kitchen and F&B departments. The candidates with experience in working in Restaurants (not Hotel experience) will be given priority.

F&B Department

  • Steward (with Cashier Experience)

    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in working as a F&B Steward, and also experience in handling the Cashier with a POS System including payments, petty cash and cashier day ending work.

  • F&B Stewards

    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in working as a F&B Steward, service methods, table set-ups, beverage preparation and excellent customer care.

  • Trainee F&B Stewards

    With less than 1 year experience or completion of a F&B certificate course.

Kitchen Department

  • Commis I (Hot Kitchen)

    Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Hot kitchen, mainly in Chinese and Western cuisine.

  • Commis II (Hot Kitchen)

    Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Hot kitchen, mainly in Chinese and Western cuisine. Bakery and dessert item knowledge will be an added advantage.
