YOUR TASKS
- Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring timely and accurate sourcing of materials and services
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance
- Manage key supplier relationships, including international vendors, to ensure reliability and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with business needs
- Monitor and control procurement budgets, stock levels, and lead times to minimize disruptions and excess inventory
- Analyse market trends and conduct supplier benchmarking to drive procurement efficiency
- Lead negotiations and contract management to secure favourable terms and long-term value
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and ethical procurement practices
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in commercial or technical fields with a focus on purchasing/supply chain management or logistics
- Several years of sound expertise in comparable position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
