Call Center Executives
Join our highly talented sales team to contact our vast customer base in Middle East & Africa
Remuneration Package
Basic Salary + Attendance bonus and Commissions exceeding Rs. 100,000. (Incentives pegged to USD)
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound calls
- Handling customer queries & customer support
- Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet Personal/Team qualitative & quantitative targets
*Working hours 11.00 AM - 8.00 PM
*Transportation will be provided from the office after work hours
Qualifications
- Candidates should be between 18-35 years
- Possess good communication skills in English & Tamil or Hindi
- Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telungu or Kannada will be an added advantage
- “Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage
